My experience/ordeal/nightmare with PG9AUS started when I tried to withdraw/access/pull out my funds. I initiated a request/transaction/withdrawal several days/weeks/months ago and it's been radio silence since. I've contacted/reached out/tried calling their customer service/support/helpline countless times, but all I get are automated messages/rec

I've been fighting with PG9AUS for weeks now, and my withdrawal request is still just spinning in pending. It's a total hellhole, and I'm starting to lose hope. I've messaged support multiple times, but they just keep giving me the same runaround. At this point, I'm not even sure if my money is ever going to arrive. Have others had similar issue
